Formation of disaggregated polymer microspheres by a novel method combining pulsed voltage electrospray and wet phase inversion techniques

چکیده

Polymer microspheres with controlled sizes have attracted interest due to their potential use in medical field. Therefore it is of great importance be able produce a large number disaggregated narrow diameter distribution. This work describes the successful elaboration method combining electrospray and wet phase inversion for manufacturing such polymer mean diameters 2 – 15 µm. Their recovery drying are easy they can directly applied afterwards. The universal enough from various polymers (polycaprolactone, polyethersulfone) different solvents (dimethylformamide, N-methylpyrrolidone). It was noticed on basis microscopic images using nitrogen adsorption–desorption that specific surface differs depending solvent used. introduces additional parameters resulting pulsed voltage (pulse frequency f duration τ) which results better process control. As an example as drug carriers, were loaded rhodamine its release tested. Such could dispersed solution used extrusion-based techniques (electrospinning, 3D printing) form novel complex delivery systems.
